About This Activity

Blue Lagoon
The turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean stretch along Zanzibar’s coastline, offering a perfect spot to swim alongside hundreds of colorful fish and enjoy the rich underwater life. This excursion to the Blue Lagoon is dependent on the tides, with low tide and calm waters providing the best visibility. Soft drinks and fruits are provided during the tour.

Rock Restaurant
Located on a rock in the middle of the Indian Ocean, the Rock Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. Ideal for couples, families, and friends, it serves fresh seafood like octopus, lobster, oysters, and prawns. Originally a fisherman’s post, the restaurant sits off the coast of Pingwe Beach on Zanzibar’s southeast coast.

Kuza Cave
Kuza Cave, located in Kibigija village, is a sacred ancient limestone cave surrounded by lush jungle. This hidden gem is a well-kept secret and is managed through a collaboration with the local community and the Kuza Cave Team. Visitors can hike to the cave and cool off in a 50-meter turquoise pool, believed to have formed over 250,000 years from soft limestone erosion. The name “Kuza” means “growth” or “giving birth” in Swahili, while locals call it “Panga na maji” meaning “Cave with water.” The area is rich in Swahili history and wildlife, including Zanzibar’s red colobus monkeys and unique bird species.

Paje Beach
Paje Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Enjoy the pristine beauty of the island while basking in the sun or taking in the natural surroundings.

My friend and I booked this trip at the last minute, and it turned out to be an incredible day! We were lucky to have the wonderful Mohamed as our guide—he was truly the best we could have hoped for. Such a kind and genuine person, he shared so much with us about the beautiful island of Zanzibar. We snorkeled in the Blue Lagoon, where we saw stunning fish and lots of brightly colored starfish. Later, Mohamed took us to a cave where we had the chance to swim—the water was crystal clear and incredibly refreshing.

Mohammed is an excellent guide who speaks fluent French, which allowed us to have meaningful conversations on a wide range of topics. He’s very knowledgeable about his island and was always willing to help. I especially enjoyed our trip to Kuza Cave for a diving experience—it was a lot of fun. Many thanks to him!

The trip was a complete success. Our driver shared a wealth of knowledge about the country and its people, which made the journey even more engaging. The guide was thoughtful and attentive, even accommodating our personal preferences. The tour itself was well-organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The memories we made will stay with us forever.

Our pickup from the hotel was right on time at 8 a.m. We saw some remarkable fish and starfish, which left a strong impression. The cave visit was fascinating, and the experience was made even more memorable by playing drums with the local people. Thank you for everything.
