Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellations

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

2. Weather and Operational Cancellations

In the event that a tour is canceled by us due to extreme weather conditions or operational issues, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. No-Shows

If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on time, your booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
