We took this countryside jeep tour as a family, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Siem Reap. The War Museum gave us a lot to think about, especially for our teens who are learning about history. The blessing from the monk was very moving, and my daughter loved the fortune-telling part. Driving through the villages was peaceful and gave us a glimpse of everyday life. The bamboo rice cakes were a simple but tasty treat, and we all tried our hand at basket-making, which turned out harder than it looked but very fun. A great mix of history, culture, and everyday life—well worth it.

I joined this tour alone and really enjoyed how personal it felt. The guide explained a lot about Cambodia’s past at the War Museum and then balanced it with the calm and spiritual side of visiting the temple. The blessing was a special moment I’ll remember. I especially liked meeting the basket-making family. They were welcoming and patient while showing me their craft. It felt genuine, not staged. Perfect for solo travelers who want to see a side of Cambodia beyond the temples.
