The tour was fantastic from beginning to end. Communication through WhatsApp was smooth, and booking the trip was quick and easy. We met the representative on the first day of our holiday, completed payment and received our QR code for the excursion without any hassle. The hot air balloon ride was unlike anything we’ve experienced before truly breathtaking views. Pamukkale itself was stunning, offering incredible scenery and photo opportunities. Our guide, Kerem was outstanding. He shared a wealth of knowledge about Pamukkale, including its historical background and details about the thermal pools. Transfers to and from the excursion were in an air conditioned vehicle, making the 3 hour drive each way very comfortable. The driver was also excellent. A light breakfast and a buffet lunch were included, so we didn’t have to worry about meals and could fully enjoy the day. I’d absolutely recommend this excursion to friends and suggest Mares Travel for anyone looking to book a day trip from Icmeler.

Pickup was punctual, and the drive to the destination was smooth and comfortable. Great driver. Great tour guides. The level of hospitality was also impressive. The hot air balloon ride was a true bucket list experience and visiting the Cotton Castle was just as unforgettable. A solid 10 out of 10.

Had a great time everything was really enjoyable. The hot air balloon ride was incredible, and visiting Cleopatra’s Pool was a highlight. Kerem was a fantastic guide, fluent in both English and Turkish, and very easy to connect with throughout the day.

We had an amazing day out as a group of five friends on the hot air balloon tour. A huge thank you to our guide, Kerem he was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. His knowledge of the historical sites we visited was impressive, and his English was the clearest we’ve come across among tour guides. Kerem added a fun, light-hearted touch to the day with his great sense of humor, keeping us all laughing. Honestly, if Mares Travel doesn’t give him a raise, another company would be lucky to have him. Thanks again to Mares and especially to Kerem for a day we’ll never forget. We’ll definitely be booking with you again.
