We missed out on visiting Prometheus Cave and taking the boat ride through the canyon, so this tour could have been a complete disaster if it weren’t for our incredible driver Gia and guide Nika. They are the only reason I’m giving five stars instead of zero. Here’s what happened: we were caught in a severe snowstorm while traveling from Tbilisi to Kutaisi and ended up stuck in the snow for over two hours. The road became extremely dangerous, and several car accidents occurred right in front of us. The company, BFT Group, should have checked the local weather forecast and informed both the guide and customers about the risks before we ended up on such a hazardous road. What should have been a three-hour drive turned into six hours. Fortunately, our guide Nika was extremely professional, came up with a backup plan, and kept our spirits up. We still enjoyed an amazing lunch, explored a fascinating abandoned mansion, and visited Martvili Canyon. BFT should seriously reward Gia and Nika for their efforts. That said, I would avoid booking with BFT Group in the future.

The trip was great, but I think both pickup and drop-off should be included. Also, the legroom on the bus was quite limited, which made the journey a bit uncomfortable.

A day before the tour, the company reached out to me on WhatsApp to confirm my hotel address for pickup. I found this very proactive and it really showed how organized and thoughtful they are. On the morning of the trip, they sent me all the details about the taxi driver, including his name, phone number, and car plate, which made it very easy to locate him. He arrived on time and drove me to the meeting point smoothly. The car used for the tour was comfortable and air-conditioned—perfect for a long day like the Kutaisi trip. Our tour guide, Nikala, was extremely friendly. She explained the full itinerary before we began and remained kind and helpful throughout the day. We visited four different stops, each of which was absolutely stunning and breathtaking. I truly enjoyed every moment of the tour. A perfect 10/10 experience from start to finish.

I’m very satisfied with the tour. First, the cab picked me up from my hotel and brought me to the meeting point. Ana, our guide, then welcomed me. She was professional, kind, patient, entertaining, and very informative. I really appreciated how she helped everyone on the tour feel more connected. She encouraged us to introduce ourselves to the group and made sure we stayed together throughout the trip.
