The first highlight of the day is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Aït Benhaddou, a fortified ksar famous for its ancient architecture and as a backdrop for many films, such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After exploring the kasbah’s narrow alleys, continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert. heading through the Skoura Oasis and the fragrant Valley of Roses. By evening, arrive at the breathtaking Dades Valley, often called the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs. Enjoy a delicious dinner and rest at your charming hotel surrounded by dramatic mountain
✅Day 2: Dades Valley → Todra Gorges → Erfoud → Merzouga Desert → Merzouga Camp.
After breakfast, drive through the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to reach the towering Todra Gorges, where the vast Erg Chebbi dunes rise dramatically from the desert floor. Here, your camel caravan awaits to take you across the golden sands as the sun sets in a stunning display of color. After a delicious Moroccan dinner, relax by the campfire under a star-filled sky while local musicians play traditional Berber.
✅Day 3: Merzouga → Sunrise Over the Dunes → Rissani → Valley Roses → Ouarzazate → Marrakech.
Wake early to witness a spectacular sunrise over the dunes, one of the most memorable moments of your trip. After breakfast, return to Merzouga by camel and begin your scenic drive back to Marrakech. Pass through Ziz Valley, with its palm groves and desert plateaus, take in the ever-changing landscapes before arriving back in Marrakech in the evening.
