My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this well paced tour. The views from Uchisar Valley were breathtaking we got amazing couple photos there. The pottery workshop was romantic, though I wish we'd had more time to let our creations dry properly before leaving.

This tour was the highlight of our Turkey trip. The Goreme Open Air Museum was absolutely fascinating our guide Selim brought the history to life with his stories about early Christians hiding in these caves. The pottery workshop in Avanos was more fun than I expected, though my attempt at making a bowl looked more like an ashtray! Lunch was delicious with proper vegetarian options. Perfect balance of history, culture and hands on experiences.

We were worried our 10 and 12 year olds would get bored traveling with us, but they loved the tour! The cave churches fascinated them, and the pottery workshop kept them busy for a full hour. The guide perfectly adapted his explanations to the children. However, we didn't enjoy the food. We enjoyed the tour, but we won't be going again.
