We had an amazing day with our guide Steven. We booked last minute and ended up being the only participants. The route led us along quiet jungle trails, away from the usual tourist crowds. The pace was ideal—we had plenty of time at the temples, and Steven always provided cool, fresh water. He shared so much knowledge, not just about Angkor Wat but also about everyday life in Cambodia. It was great that we used smaller, less busy entrances as well as hidden paths, so it never felt crowded. The mountain bikes were spotless and in perfect working condition.

A wonderful day out! Our guide Sotin shared so much knowledge, and we received a thorough safety briefing before starting. The bikes were high quality, and there were plenty of stops to enjoy the stunning temples. Lunch was excellent as well.

I ended up being the only participant on the tour, but instead of canceling, my guide Voleak (who introduced himself as “handsome”) still took me around and turned it into the highlight of my whole trip. He quickly figured out my cycling ability and the topics I was most interested in, then adjusted the experience perfectly. He could answer every question with ease and his English was excellent. He also made sure to capture beautiful photos along the way. The bikes and helmets were in excellent condition, and safety was clearly a top priority. As a bonus, he introduced me to Cambodian street food which I never would have tried on my own and even collected cashews with me. Overall, it felt less like a standard tour and more like spending the day with a new friend. I can wholeheartedly recommend booking with Excursionmania.
